- (1888PressRelease) June 24, 2014 - Vasilis Ntziachristos will give a keynote address at the Imaging in Drug Discovery Conference, to be held October 7-8, 2014 in Dublin Ireland.
Dr. Ntziachristos, who currently serves as Professor of Medicine and Chair of the Institute for Biological and Medical Imaging at Helmholtz Zentrum München, focuses his research on the development of new methods and devices for biological and medical imaging focusing on innovative non-invasive approaches that visualize previously unseen physiological and molecular processes in tissues. His research also aims to translate these methods to advance biological discovery and uncover novel methods for diagnostics and theranostics.
Dr. Ntziachristos and other leaders in the field of imaging will gather to discuss latest advances in imaging applications in drug safety and metabolism, cancer immunotherapy, neurodegenerative disorders, and much more.
