Value Energy Solutions Awarded Warehouse Lighting Retrofit Project by St. Louis Screw and Bolt
St. Louis Screw and Bolt reduces energy costs by upgrading their lighting system to T5 High Bay lighting.

St. Louis Screw and Bolt, established in 1887, is one of the oldest domestic bolt and fastener manufacturers in the United States. Like many manufacturing companies one of their largest expenses was the energy cost to light their warehouses.
St. Louis Screw and Bolt contacted Louis Ortiz - Territory Manager with Value Energy Solutions to explore reducing their energy costs by replacing their warehouse lighting with more energy efficient lighting. After a thorough analysis and energy audit, Value Energy Solutions recommended retrofitting the existing lighting with more energy efficient T5 High Bay lighting. Based on results from the Value Energy Solutions Energy Calculator, St. Louis Screw purchased 85 T5 high bay light fixtures which will provide an estimated energy savings of 43%. In addition to the energy savings, the T5 lamps have a much longer lifespan than typical lighting, which will reduce future maintenance costs.
