Valuation Management Group, an appraisal management company, has expanded its business by registering in four additional states. This will allow VMG to handle the entire appraisal management process in a total of 45 states.

VMG now conducts business in Delaware, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Utah in addition to 41 other states currently served.
According to COO Patrick McMillen, VMG will continue to register and be appropriately licensed in all applicable states as the remaining state Appraisal Management Company (AMC) Laws are passed.
VMG handles the entire appraisal process for residential and commercial properties including approving appraisers; managing appraiser panels; managing the bid process on complex properties, commercial assignments and EPA inspections; engaging appraisers; paying appraisers and reviewing finished reports. Financial institutions can adhere to appraisal compliance in accordance with the Dodd Frank Act, FHA Appraisal Guidelines, Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, USPAP Guidelines, UAD and Collateral Underwriter Guidelines, FIRREA, TAVMA, and state and national appraiser independence laws with VMG's full appraisal management services. VMG also offers commercial and residential appraisal review only services.
