For starters, all employees as well as new hires will receive a free paid day off with proof of vaccination. Another great incentive to help employees in one of the hardest-hit industry by the pandemic and help get people back in the workforce right away, is paying a supplemental $3 per hour to all employees.
Also, current employees can participate in the hotel’s new Refer a Friend program, in which employees will get a day off with pay after their referral completes 30 days of employment. Other benefits include free food and parking.
