UTair Shares Listed on RTS2 Index
UTair Aviation shares have been listed on the MICEX-RTS RTS2 index with stock ticker UTAR, a move expressing increased confidence in the liquidity and investment attractiveness of the shares.

According to Moscow Stock Exchange Department of Indices and Exchange Information Department Director Sergei Golovanev, the selection of stocks in the base calculation of the index takes into account their liquidity and capitalization by the portion of shares in free-float in the market. "Analysis of the liquidity of the airline's shares in trades over the last three months has shown that the shares meet the requirements for inclusion in the index," Golovanev said.
RTS2 is the main second tier share index of the exchange and is one of the official indicators of the Moscow Stock Exchange. The selection of the shares is made by the MICEX Stock Exchange committee, an advisory body composed of leading analysts from the Russian financial market and representatives of the professional community. RTS2 consists of 50 stock issuers meeting certain criteria for market capitalization and free-float.
UTair shares are listed on the Moscow stock exchange's most privileged A level quotation list. Over the past year and a half their value has increased 25%. Today UTair is the only airline with shares listed on RTS2.
UTair Aviation ranks among the top three Russian airlines. In 2011 UTair aircraft transported 6,750,425 passengers. In the period from January-November 2012 UTair Group serviced 28.2% more passengers than for the same period of 2011. In 2012 the airline expects an increased transport volume of up to 10 million passengers. The airline operates more than 200 fixed wing aircraft and performs flights to 110 destinations in Russia and aboard. The airline maintains its central hub at Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow, from which it performs 100 flights daily.
