The Urschel team will be located at stand B01-24. The exhibition will reveal the latest trends in food production and packaging over a three-day period from February 4 - 6. The DiversaCut 2110® Dicer and the E TranSlicer® Cutter will be on show during the event.
The DiversaCut 2110® Dicer accepts a large infeed size of 10 inches (254 mm). This limits the necessity of precutting and adds cost-savings. The dicer delivers flat or crinkle slices/strips, dices, shreds, and granulations. Popular applications include; dicing of vegetables/fruits, deep crinkle potato strips, granulation of baked goods/candies, and dicing of cooked meats.
The belt-fed E TranSlicer Cutter specializes in the cutting of different types of elongated products. The machine yields a wide range of crinkle slices, flat slices, or julienne strips through use of interchangeable slicing wheels. Hinged and sliding machine panels offer full access to all key areas of the food processing equipment for maintenance and wash-down procedures.
