UpTech Chooses New Home Marketing Services as a Finalist for its UpTech II class
Information technology startup New Home Marketing Services is one of eight winners of business accelerator UpTech's second class.
- (1888PressRelease) August 09, 2013 - CINCINNATI, OH - UpTech, a Northern Kentucky based business accelerator announced eight startups as winners of its program, UpTech II, on Friday, August 2, 2013.
New Home Marketing Services, a local startup whose goal is to make builders more profitable, was chosen as one of the winners, also known as finalists. The eight finalists will receive professional support services, office space, applied research assistance from Northern Kentucky University, and up to $50,000 in equity investment.

According to UpTech, their goal is to help fund "the best and brightest early-stage informatics companies that will complement the foundation of a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Northern Kentucky."
The winners were chosen from a group of 78 applicants which had been narrowed down to a list of 22 semi-finalists.
New Home Marketing Services' (NHMS) mission is "Making Builders More Profitable" by delivering products and services that support smart inventory home planning, pricing, and placement and empower salespeople with market knowledge to improve sales conversions and drive faster inventory turns. Kaleidoscope, from NHMS, is a cloud based market analysis tool with a simple, intuitive user interface that makes access to local market information practical and actionable.
