Rick Howard President of IDB Solutions had this to say: "I started appraising real estate in 1989 with Anderson Preece and Associates in Red Deer Alberta. In 18 years I went from an residential appraiser in a firm of four to a partner and manager of 19 appraisers in five offices.
In 2007, I (along with three colleagues) purchased the Red Deer operations of the corporation and created Howard & Company Real Estate Appraisers & Consultants Inc. In September of 2011, I decided to sell my shares in the corporation allowing me to focus more on my love of the work Rather than the managerial aspects of the business. This decision has also provided me with the opportunity to relocate to Maple Bay and enjoy the climate most Canadians can only dream of. With approximately 23 years experience in the real estate profession, I can provide to my clients personal, professional services in the following areas:
