Cynthia leads Steptoe’s environmental permitting practice, and handles a wide range of environmental and chemical regulatory and litigation matters. In the area of chemical regulation, her practice includes compliance counseling, regulatory development and challenges, and enforcement. She counsels clients on a full range of chemical regulatory statutes, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
