Following a competitive EU tender process, Engage2Serve, a leading provider of student lifecycle CRM has been awarded the contract for a new academic advising software solution at University College Dublin (UCD).

UCD aims to leverage the E2S technology to support best practice academic advising in five pilot schools during the 2024-25 academic year. This partnership with Engage2Serve addresses this need by offering a centralized platform to streamline communication, academic planning and academic advising workflows.

Engage2Serve have customized their E2S Retain software to support student engagement with a reflective and proactive academic advising approach at UCD. The software will facilitate personalized student reflection academic planning.

Focus on Reflection: The reflection tool will help students to reflect on their interests and abilities, helping them to set educational goals.
Focus on Academic Plan: Students will be able to create individual educational plans leading to the timely completion of educational goals.
Effective Communication: Two-way communication features enable students and academic advisors to discuss and resolve queries, contributing to overall student success. This feature enables academic advisors to keep an easily-accessible record of all communications with their students in one place.
Student-centric Support: Appointments features allow students to book group or individual meetings to discuss academic issues and be supported in achieving their academic and professional goals.
