UnitedInsight Debut Event: "The Psychology of Successful Negotiations"
UnitedInsight, a business that helps other businesses understand human behavior, held their first conference in March. With the help of guest speaker Dr. Daylian Cain, UnitedInsight's "The Psychology of Successful Negotiations" was highly successful in teaching attendees the do's and don'ts' of business and behavior.

Dr. Cain presented the most advanced negotiation techniques he teaches at Yale University and around the world, including: learning when to trust your gut (and when not to), recognizing the mistakes even experienced negotiators make, and take away strategies to gain control in future negotiations. Attendees were engaged in interactive role-playing and intensive training sessions, developing a new skill set to improve negotiation performance. The event was held at the Andaz 5th Avenue in the heart of Manhattan, where attendees listened to the day's speaker while overlooking the New York Public Library. The interactive, open-plan kitchen provided delicious food in between sessions- fresh breakfast, lunch, and snacks, and a wine and beer reception to top off the day.
