Unique Buyer-friendly Initiatives In The October Edition Of MCHI Property 2010
India's largest real estate exhibition is all set to introduce a series of unique buyer- friendly initiatives to enhance the visitors' experience.
- (1888PressRelease) October 21, 2010 - Encouraged by the huge popularity of the exhibitions, Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) has been making continuous effort to bring innovations in enhancing the visitors' experience. This time too MCHI's Exhibition Committee has introduced a series of innovations to enhance the buyers' experience, so that over a period of time these exhibitions really become a property carnival of sorts- the kind most property buyers would wait for.
The October edition of MCHI PROPERTY 2010 organized bi-annually by MCHI is scheduled to be held at the MMRDA grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex from October 21st to October 24th, 2010, currently in its 10th year.
PROPERTY 2010 will be inaugurated on 21st October 2010 and will remain open exclusively to business visitors from 11am to 4pm. Home buyers are welcome to visit the exhibition from 4pm onwards on 21st October and any time between 11am and 8 pm on all days between 22nd October and 24th October 2010.
Since its inception, over 250,000 families have made this event the definitive home buyers' destination. The exhibition had grown from strength to strength, attracting discerning crowd who find it a unique platform to choose from the largest range of properties and developments across all segments that include budget, mid-segment and luxurious situated across the length and breadth of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and other Indian Cities. Now with the presence of fifteen leading banks and Housing Finance Institutions (HFIs), the exhibition offers the widest possible choice of home loan products also, added Mr. Boman Irani, Chairman - Exhibition Sub Committee.
State Bank of India and Axis Bank are the co-organisers. HDFC and ICICI are the Platinum Partners; while HSBC and India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd., are the Gold Partners of PROPERTY 2010.
Leading developer members of MCHI, the most prominent body of real estate developers in the country, will showcase more than 400 projects in this17th edition of the Housing Finance and Real Estate exhibition.

Free online registration to avoid the rush: Taking advantage of technology, MCHI has introduced the concept of free online entry to the visitors. Just give your name and your registration number at the counter and you gain entry without waiting in a long queue. You save your time and precious working hours. Pre-registrations can be done through a website, SMS or via a call-center set up especially for the event.
The MCHI assurance: In an effort to bring quality products to the esteemed customers MCHI offers its visitors the unique advantage of the MCHI assurance letter with every product displayed in the exhibition. The letters, duly signed by the participating company's MD will state- "The project displayed at the exhibition has IOD and CC and the participants will abide by the MCHI code of conduct'.
Assured gift to the buyers: To make the property buying experience a memorable experience, and to encourage on the spot buying of properties, select developers & MCHI have decided to present an LCD TV to every buyer, who will present a token amount of Rs.51000/- (in the name of MCHI) as the advance towards the purchase.
