UnbreakableIT Joins the Legal Assistance for Warriors Law Program

- Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease) November 12, 2011 - In honor of Veteran's Day and in remembrance of the sacrifices that so many have made for our country, UnbreakableIT (www.unbreakableit.com) is proud to announce that Founder and President, Jaime Halscott, is now involved with the Legal Assistance for Warriors (LAW) Program. Created just this year at the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, the Legal Assistance for Warriors (LAW) Program is designed to help service men and women with legal challenges that they are unable to otherwise afford assistance with.
"The Judge Advocate General Corps in each of the branches of service has only limited ability to assist soldiers and their families with legal issues outside of the military justice system." said Halscott. "The JAG officers can only provide support in the form of letter writing and advisors capacities. Soldiers and their families have many of the same legal challenges outside of military service that their civilian counterparts do including contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and more which require counsel. Often the cost is too high. The LAW Program enables law students to assist soldiers and their families with acquiring low or no cost legal services through local attorneys where they live."
