UL PureSafety Names Tom Neville VP Of Healthcare
Healthcare industry veteran to lead company's continued growth in the healthcare sector.

In this newly created role, Neville will lead the company's continued expansion in the healthcare sector, providing strategic direction and managing a team of sales resources.

"Tom has a unique ability to connect with our current and potential customers because he has significant healthcare focused occupational health and safety experience as well as firsthand knowledge of UL PureSafety products, having used them in his own business. This experience also will help us better serve our customers as we continue to enhance our solutions to meet the occupational health and safety needs of healthcare companies and those that are in the business of providing occupational medicine services to employers."
UL PureSafety's healthcare group has expanded to support demand for its safety and occupational health management software, including SYSTOCŪ and Occupational Health ManagerŪ (OHM). The continued growth of these solutions has made UL PureSafety the largest and most comprehensive provider of health and safety solutions, not only to the employer marketplace but also to occupational health providers.
Neville joins UL PureSafety from IMC HealthCare, where he served as senior VP of operations, overseeing strategic planning, technology, and human resources for the company's 25 clinics nationwide. In this position, he worked closely with UL PureSafety to implement its Occupational Health Manager software in IMC clinics across the U.S. Prior to IMC HealthCare, Neville was vice president of Take Care Health Systems, where he focused on business partnerships and development. Before Take Care, he held several leadership positions, including enterprise consultant for Towers Perrin, working with Chrysler, Ford and Borg Warner; principal at Hewitt Associates; vice president and chief operating officer at Value Health, Inc.; and assistant vice president at CIGNA Healthcare.
Neville received a BS in Health Services Administration and MHSA in Health Care Management from Florida International University in Miami. He will be based at UL PureSafety's Franklin, Tenn., headquarters.
