- (1888PressRelease) August 10, 2013 - LOS ANGELES, CA - Los Angeles' new fitness and wellness club, UEvolution, invites the public to a Free Beach Bootcamp on August 24, at 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., on the beach at 1198 Palisades Beach Road, in Santa Monica, Calif. Led by renowned UEvolution's Bootcamp Leader and Kinesiologist Meghan Song and Fitness Director Ray Wong, the bootcamp will include a dynamic mix of exercises for strength, flexibility, agility and endurance. This bootcamp will provide a preview of UEvolution's upcoming 6-week bootcamp, which will focus not only on physical transformation, but also on the mind-body aspects of behavior modification and accountability that lead to success with any endeavor. Registration is required at www.uevolution.net.
"We created this bootcamp to bring UEvolution to people throughout Los Angeles," says UEvolution Founder and CEO Pascale Rothman, who opened the company's first club in Downtown Los Angeles last month. "With our bootcamps and other programs, we will bring to people everywhere our trainers' passion and depth and breadth of experience, our classes, and the opportunity to get involved with our fitness-philanthropy programs."
With the philosophy of "when we feel our best, we can do our best in the world," UEvolution offers clients a range of services to help them transform their lives. The club is among the first on the West Coast to introduce the MoveStrong (a jungle gym for adults that packs cardio, strength, flexibility, core and balance work into one 15-60 minute workout), and also offers TRX Training, the Technogym Kinesis One (used by Olympians), yoga and Pilates classes, massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, healthy spray tanning by Infinity sun, Infrared Body Wraps, skin hydration treatments, an oxygen bar, and more. UEvolution focuses on functional training, which trains people to support the activities they do outside the gym, and mood-based training, which enables the trainers to tailor clients' workouts to their moods and energy levels. UEvolution also offers members and the community opportunities to get involved with the charities that the club supports, including the Coalition Against Slavery and Trafficking (CAST), Best Friends Animal Society, American Brain Tumor Association and UEvolution's newest partnership with American Heart Association's Heart Walk.
UEvolution continues to create programs that allow people to develop and excel in all areas of their lives. "We believe that excellence is not what we do; it's in the way we do it," says Rothman.
Following the Free Beach Bootcamp, UEvolution will introduce more classes throughout Los Angeles and at its Downtown location at 621 S. Spring Street, in Los Angeles, Calif.
