Tyler Perry Forget About A Billboard
A man films an entire show on his porch on the south side of atlanta!
- Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) November 27, 2019 - Earlier this year, Racquel Bailey reaches Tyler Perry’s attention with a billboard and is now starring in one of Tyler’s new productions. Brandon Thaxton known as “EnergyGod” may have topped her major move. He may even have a foot in the prints of Tyler!
Brandon Thaxton, a long time resident of East Point, Ga and heavy in the film industry. But how did he pull this off? He has put together a show that is shot on his front porch off of Cleveland Avenue. The same area as Lil Baby, Young Thug, and other well know rappers. Brandon plays a character called “EnergyGod”.
The show is a sketch, social media, podcast, Banksy type of visual content! He brings well known and indie artist together on the porch to discuss the culture of the pain. Famous Artist such as Domani Harris, Bloody Jay, Lavar Walker, Lil G Jenkins, Lotto Savage, Translee, Luke Nasty, King Hollis, and many others take “The Porch” and discuss the issues.
Thaxton’s over the top performance is accelerating and entertaining. Screaming “ENERGYGOD!!!!!’ is a trend on the southside of Atlanta right now. The show is one of a kind, but clearly needs support like Bailey’s Billboard attempt. Tyler are you watching this one? It seems to need a home.
Brandon has been working in the Atlanta film industry since 2003. He has worked with Tyler once before as a child, but now he is a grown adult with his own vision. He starred on Robert Townsend's station Black Family Channel 2005-2007 and following that he gets into directing movies and telvision. Who would have thought he would have brought this full circle project together? A billboard? Take a look at what this man has drafted up off of a dollar and a dream.
