Two Part Series to be Published with the Daily Journal
Law & Forensics Managing Partner and General Counsel Daniel Garrie is authoring a two part article series with the Daily Journal.
- (1888PressRelease) February 10, 2012 - Daniel Garrie, neutral and Senior Managing partner at Law & Forensics, will be publishing a two part article series entitled, The New Rules for Conducting Discovery in Federal Court in Delaware in the Daily Journal.
The series deals with the issues surrounding the new law passed regarding a new standard for Discovery, including E-Discovery. The law which was issued in December 2011 in the state of Delaware puts numerous constraints on provisions and timing for Discovery in litigation. Each of the articles in the series dissects this new law and offers important insight and explanation as to each of the regulations.
