Two new firms join Russell Bedford in Cyprus
InterTaxAudit in Nicosia and Isotax in Limassol together offer national coverage.
- (1888PressRelease) January 06, 2017 - International audit and tax network Russell Bedford has announced the strengthening of its representation in Cyprus with the appointment of two new member firms: InterTaxAudit Auditors & Consultants Ltd, based in the capital Nicosia, and Isotax Limited in the second biggest city, Limassol. Together, the two firms will be licensed to use the global Russell Bedford brand in Cyprus.
InterTaxAudit Auditors & Consultants Ltd (originally Ledra Audit Services Ltd) was founded in 2002. It has grown to become a very substantial and well-respected firm of chartered certified accountants, with four principals and some 70 personnel, ranking within the top-20 audit firms in Cyprus.
The firm's services are focussed primarily on audit, tax consulting and VAT advice. Its client base includes transnational investment and holding companies, trading companies and special purpose vehicles, in many different business sectors.
Isotax Ltd is a firm of chartered certified accountants, established in 1998. With three principals and some 25 staff, the firm specialises mainly in audit and tax. It has four departments: Audit and Assurance; VAT, Accounting and Payroll; Tax Consulting and Management Consulting.
The firm has a largely international client base, providing services to companies from across Western and Eastern Europe.
In a joint statement announcing their firms' new affiliation, Aris Theophanous, CEO of InterTaxAudit, and Nicos Charalambides, managing director of Isotax, said: "Both our firms are delighted to become part of the Russell Bedford family.
