Two Lawyers from Houston's Legge Farrow Earn Who's Who in Energy Honors
Glenn Legge and Mike Wray are selected as Houston energy leaders for their work on contractual, regulatory and insurance matters for oil and gas operators and contractors.
- Houston, TX (1888PressRelease) November 04, 2014 - Two lawyers from the Houston civil litigation firm Legge, Farrow, Kimmitt, McGrath & Brown L.L.P. are among a select group of local energy leaders chosen by the Houston Business Journal for its 2014 listing of Who's Who in Energy.
Law firm co-founder Glenn Legge and firm partner Michael Wray were chosen for their expertise in contractual, regulatory and insurance issues involving operators and contractors in the oil and gas industry.
This is Mr. Legge's second appearance on the Who's Who list. He leads the commercial litigation and regulatory teams for the firm's energy clients. He also represents offshore energy entities in investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau for Safety and Environmental Enforcement. In addition, Mr. Legge advises the energy and insurance underwriting community on coverage and risk allocation matters.
Mr. Wray, who was a finalist on last year's Who's Who list, is a seasoned trial lawyer who brings courtroom experience to his regulatory and transactional practice. He has represented operating companies, service companies and insurers in multiple jurisdictions. He also advises clients coming to grips with the complex environmental and regulatory challenges after the Gulf of Mexico oil spill in 2010.
Those named to the 2014 list of Who's Who in Energy were chosen from nominations submitted to the Houston Business Journal. The honorees will be featured in a Nov. 28 special issue along with energy leaders in six other cities chosen by affiliated business journals in Dallas, San Antonio, Denver, St. Louis, Pittsburgh and Columbus, Ohio.
