There are two offerings for this coming January - the Australian Shiraz/Viognier and the Pacifica White. The Australian Shiraz/Viognier is a lively, deep garnet wine that achieves its lush balance by blending red and white grapes. The ripe fruit and violet aroma of this Shiraz are balanced by combining the Viognier grapes floral and stone fruit notes as well as adding a hint of orange blossom followed by smokiness and toasty flavorings. And the flavor continues to deepen as it ages.
On the other hand, the Pacifica White showcases a bright fruitiness which features an outstanding structure and a long-layered finish that is a veritable fruit salad cornucopia of aromas and flavors. It's an outstanding yet complex blend of grassy citrus and grapefruit as well as honey and pear notes that are complimented with ripe apple, fig, melon, and pineapple highlights.
