The channel is free to view, advertising supported, and is a video on demand shopping experience not available with other home shopping services.

    Time Life offers headline the new channel, which can be viewed on IPTV, OTT, and Mobile devices. In all, more than a dozen advertisers have been featured for the debut of the network.
