  • Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) July 17, 2018 - Historic West Hunter Street Church Baptist Church is pleased to announce that Award-winning TV Host, Journalist, Activist and Author, Roland Martin, as the Keynote Speaker for its Annual Men’s Day program, 11 AM Sunday July 22nd 2018.

    All interested are welcome to attend the program which will take place in the Sanctuary of West Hunter Street Baptist Church located at 1040 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard, S.W.  Atlanta, GA 30310.
     
    Martin has long been a powerful and unique voice in media who is best known for his attitude, professionalism and direct, no-nonsense way of delivering the news. A former commentator for CNN, Martin later joined the TV One cable network as host of "News One Now," a live, one-hour weekday morning news program that aired for four years.

    Martin is a NAACP Image Award winner and in 2013 was named Journalist of the Year by the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ).
