True Media announces promotion and new hire
True Media today announced that Candice Rotter has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Media Operations. In addition, True Media announced that Michele Cropp has joined the company as Associate Media Director.

In this new role, Candice will be responsible for all media operations in the United States and will have oversight of US digital services and nationwide media buying.
Candice joined True Media in 2007 as a media buyer and has held a variety of positions inside the company including Account Planner, Associate Media Director, and VP of Healthcare Strategy. She was recognized in 2015 by the CBT as a "Top 20 Under 40" business professional. Prior to joining True Media, Candice worked as a marketing consultant for a large radio broadcasting company.

In addition, True Media announced that Michele Cropp has joined the company as Associate Media Director. With a 20 year marketing background, Michele brings experience from outside agencies, media and in-house client marketing departments to True Media. As an Associate Media Director, Michele will be responsible for managing a portion of True's account service team while developing and implementing media strategy for clients.
