The National Law Journal's Best of Chicago Awards is a reader's choice rankings of the top legal vendors and law schools in the Chicago area. Thousands of readers took the survey and voted in different categories for who they believe provides the best services, products or education to Chicago-area law firms. TRU Staffing took third place in both of the following categories: Best Legal Recruiter and Best Legal/Litigation Support Staffing Company.

NLJ's Best of Chicago is operated by The National Law Journal. The voting was conducted online and nearly 3,000 readers cast votes in 65 different categories. In total, more than 450 businesses were listed on the official ballot and write-ins were welcome. Only legitimate end-users from the Chicago-area legal community were allowed to vote and the survey included litigation support professionals, attorneys, law students, paralegals, and legal assistants.
