The software, Guardian Angel MP locks the keys of a cell phone while a vehicle is driving at certain speeds but only when the cell phone owner is driving the vehicle.

Guardian Angel MP is a phone-based software that locks the keys of a cell phone belonging to the driver of a vehicle, eliminating the temptation to engage in unsafe driving behaviors like texting or answering emails.
Studies have shown that driving while texting, using a cell phone, surfing the internet, or reading or answering emails can result in disastrous consequences.
