Lauro Cavelli has joined Trillium Advisory Firm as the firm's Vice President/Business Development-Brazil. A native Brazilian, Cavelli will be based in Trillium Advisory Firm's New Haven office and focus on developing new business in Brazil, as well as serving existing clients based in Brazil.

His areas of specialization include investment analysis, corporate finance and international business. In addition to Portuguese, he is fluent in several other European languages. Cavelli holds a BA in Business Administration from Baruch College.
Trillium Advisory Firm provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to the Brazilian market from its office in Sao Paulo, which is led by Senior M&A Advisors Enrique Fallera and Franco Lauro . The firm expects a significant increase in M&A mandates involving Brazilian middle-market companies.
