The luncheon was entitled "Client Interviews: What They Will Do for Your Firm," and was held at the Pepper Hamilton LLP law firm in Philadelphia.
The event featured guest speaker, Martha E. Candiello, who is the principal of ClientBridge LLC ™. Candiello is an expert in relationships between law firms and their clients and has conducted interviews of law firm around the world in a variety of industries. She elaborated upon the benefits of client interviews and the strategies involved to successfully conduct interviews. This included how to evaluate feedback, thus better understanding customer expectations, including their views of value in services, in order to develop effective working relationships with clients. Jeff Weiser, Business Development Manager of Translation Back Office, also took the honor of giving a brief presentation.
Jeff Weiser touched upon best practices in legal services as well as the value of language translation services for law firms and businesses.
