Transasia sponsors 'A tribute to the poetry of Gulzar' in aid of Thalassemic Children
Transasia has always supported the cause of thalassemia through its various philanthropic efforts. Recently, Transasia supported a charitable ghazal concert-' A tribute to Gulzar' to raise funds for the thalassemic patients.
- (1888PressRelease) July 03, 2014 - As a part of its corporate social responsibility, Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd. sponsored a Fund Raising Musical Concert, in aid of Thalassemic children, titled a "Tribute to the poetry of Gulzar". Well-known as one of India's finest film makers, lyricist and exemplary poet, Gulzar is known for his romantic and melancholic compositions.

Held at Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, at the prime Hirandani Meadows, in the beautiful lake city of Thane, the audience was treated to some beautiful and melodious compositions of Gulzar, which was meted out by professional singers along with their troupe. Organized by Triumph Foundation, the charitable trust of the Rotary Club of Thane Hills, boasts of a state-of-the-art blood bank and a day care centre for Thalassemic children.
