Trade Miles International's New Leaders for Next Generation of Business
The latest announcement of the next generation leaders have gained mixed reactions corporate wide.
- (1888PressRelease) April 13, 2013 - The appointments came a few months after Jeremy Scott was elected Chairman & CEO. Office buzz have some people discretely questioning the soundness of the changes. Although isolated, working relations have been strained at some divisions.
To settle any unvoiced questions and prevent any escalation of discontentment, Jeremy Scott addressed in the corporation via video conference in the weekly town-hall meeting.
"We applaud everyone on their new duties and responsibilities, and we have all the trust in you - your expertise and management abilities to grow further our approach and concentrate on becoming a more consumer-motivated and implementation-based company," proclaimed Jeremy Scott. "Furthermore, we express gratitude to those who have come before these appointees for their leadership, perseverance and commitment to contribute an advanced value of service to customers. They paved the way for many changes and their legacy will not only be remembered but continued. Changing leadership doesn't mean the end of a career or a business relation. Rest assured that consultations and dialogues were done before effecting an appointment. I encourage everyone to look to ourselves and find out if the performance we show is dependent on the persons who lead us or it is because of our commitment and belief to what this organization stands for." continued Mr. Scott.
"Our company is a respected leader in the industry. What we are today, we owe to those who have toiled and given their all before us. We respect their contributions by continuing and making better on what they have started," Jeremy Scott further shared. "Today, let us divert our focus on achieving and making each opportunity worth the while. Let us keep in mind that our accountability more than anything else is to the people who have entrusted us with their business, their way of living, their future. It is my fervent hope that we set aside any doubts and apprehensions so we can move further forward together. Let's give each other a chance to be better," concluded Jeremy Scott.
Other new appointments included Ranald Alley, Director of Personal Equity Management Team; Pieter Lombard, Chairperson of the Partnerships Supervisory Office; Ludwig Van Niekerk, Officer In Charge of the recently formed International Monetary Committee; and Lincoln Munro, Chief Executive of the Worldwide Tax Planning Partnership.
