Tracy L. McCreight is a partner in the Austin office of Duane Morris LLP’s Trial practice group. She practices in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and construction litigation, including contract, real estate, general business and partnership disputes, including pre-litigation dispute resolution. In her construction practice, Ms. McCreight focuses on representing owners in construction defect matters and contract disputes.
Ms. McCreight attended the University of Texas School of Law and received her B.A. from the University of Maryland at College Park.
