Mailbox system was developed for the smooth communication with internal staff as well as hoteliers. Alert messages were developed to stay updated.     It enables to create the hotel profile for maintaining all the information. This segment was facilitated to manage the various events and seasonal promotional activities. With the hotel employee management, it enabled to manage the information about its staff. Different rates for different properties were defined so that one can count the best rates for any length of stay period. Customized sales feature, reservation facility, group booking, and blocking were also integrated. At the end, reports were generated for providing quick and detailed analytics on various hotel transactions and visitor flow.
