Hon'ble minister Shri Subodh Kant Sahai presented Top Rankers Excellence Award for Leadership in Management Education-FMS Delhi University, the Young Entrepreneurship (Institution) Award to Mr. Dhruv Galgotia of Galgotias University. Top Rankers Excellence Institution Building Award -Dr. Sanjeev P. Sahni -Head Education (Jindal Steel & Power Ltd), Top Rankers Excellence Life Time Achievement Award (Service to Education) and Mr. P.L. Maggu (Excutive Director) Graduate School of Business & Administration.
In his address, Hon'ble minister Shri Subodh Kant Sahai emphasized that every organizational leadership must have the vision to chart the path to success. He complimented the organizers for selecting a very appropriate and extremely relevant theme in the present-day business environment.
Mr. Dhruv Galgotia, CEO Galgotias University highlighted that taking a complacent approach in an environment of cut-throat competition is evil. It's imperative to develop leaders who can inculcate values and the right attitude in their teams. And these leaders must have commitment and creativity to create enough scope for innovation to ensure excellence in performance and facilitate right direction.
