- Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) March 27, 2012 - Owner of Small Group Fitness, Tony Mlyniec, opened the doors to his personal training facility in May of 2011, a non-traditional training facility that offers all forms of exercise under one roof.
Focusing on small group personal training, Tony's groups consist of no more than four individuals per group, with sessions lasting no more than fifty minutes each. By scheduling themselves online, members can select which group they want to be a part of, including beginners and non-beginners.
"We are a non-traditional facility so we do not have rows of cardio machines or weight machines," Tony said. "We allow clients to choose how they want to work out, when it's convenient for them, and at what level and pace they wish to go. We are the only gym in the entire country that has a business format like this."
Small Group Fitness also offers one-on-one training sessions to suit the needs of clients and features health bars to promote a healthy lifestyle. According to Tony, this trendy new way of working out is all the rave, a workout style that is popping up in Hollywood and across the nation. That being said, he noted that Small Grout Fitness is "a serious gym with seriously hard workouts".
Tony is a native of Chicago who earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Tampa. He is a certified muscle activation technique specialist, personal trainer, and nutritional consultant. He's also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a certified youth fitness specialist through the International Youth Conditioning Association.
