Kelly has been with Toll Brothers since 2004, and has held positions in all areas of operation from Assistant Construction Manager to his current role as Division Vice President. Originally from Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, where he received his MBA from Penn State University, Kelly recently moved to the Raleigh area with his wife, Joyce, and 10-month-old son, David.
