Hasentree, an 805-acre country club and golf community in North Raleigh near Wake Forest, was acquired by Toll Brothers in February of this year.

Schabot has more than 27 years in the real estate and building industry, the last 17 years in the Triangle. He holds the designation of Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) which is the most prestigious designation offered by the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM). The MIRM is the top-level of achievement for professionals in new home marketing. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, Triangle Sales and Marketing Council, the Home Builders Association, and the Institute of Residential Marketing. He and his wife Michele have two grown sons who both live in the Triangle.
