Event Synopsis:
In October 2016, the Department of Justice (DOJ) along with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), issued and released a guidance on anti-poaching and wage fixing agreements. The guidance is designed to help human resource professionals and others involved in hiring and compensation decisions, in complying with applicable antitrust laws and in warding off potential violation risks. Employers, including individual employees who are involved into certain "naked agreements," will be criminally investigated and prosecuted by the DOJ. The new guidance has been helping companies and employers in protecting their key employees from their competitors.
With the continuously shifting legal landscape, companies and organizations should keep themselves abreast of the future developments in wage fixing and anti-poaching agreements to avoid legal risks and other challenges.
In this LIVE Webcast, a seasoned panel of thought leaders and professionals brought together by The Knowledge Group will provide and present an in-depth analysis of the fundamentals as well as recent trends and developments in Anti-Poaching and Wage Fixing Agreements.
