The agreement names Al Safa & Rizwan General Trading as the exclusive distributor for Ed Hardy categories in glassware, key chains, and flasks in Dubai, UAE. Al Safa & Rizwan General Trading is a leader in gifts & premiums in the Dubai market and will now provide an exciting new range of licensed and custom gifts from TMD to their current clients. They are already in the works to broaden the territory through their subsidiary AG15 LLC General Trading and add UK distribution.
Some of the products that will be offered through the distributors include Ed Hardy leather flasks, pint glasses, and key chains.
"We have had a lot of success with our Ed Hardy line in the United States and it is only growing in popularity overseas," noted Anna Niklasson, International Sales & Distribution Manager for TMD Holdings. "We are focusing on expanding our product reach internationally, so we felt that teaming with a distributor that had such a strong presence in Dubai and the UK would be best for expanding into the overseas market. While an agreement is in place, the two organizations will truly begin their promotional efforts at the upcoming MAGIC Vegas tradeshow on Feb.14th - 16th at the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas. TMD will be showcasing their Ed Hardy collection in booth ST20562. Attendees of the MAGIC tradeshow will have to opportunity to preview new lines including Marvel & Mr. Men.
