Harke graduated from the University of Florida, with high honors and received his B.A. degree in Philosophy. He received his law degree from University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Law Review. In addition, Harke was included in the Top 100 Miami Florida Super Lawyers in 2012 and has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer in 2006, 2009-2012.
Engel is recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer in the areas of Business Litigation, Class Action/Mass Torts and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her practice areas include insurance litigation, employment matters, products liability matters, consumer class action litigation and general commercial litigation. Engel is a partner at Harke Clasby & Bushman LLP and is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator for circuit and county court civil matters. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 1990 with an undergraduate degree in English and received her law degree from University of Miami School of Law in 1993, where she graduated magna cum laude. She has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer in 2008-2012.
Bushman is recognized as a Florida Rising Star in the areas of Class Action/Mass Torts and Business Litigation. He is a partner at the firm and concentrates his practice on multi-state consumer class action litigation, mass tort litigation, insurance litigation, employment matters, criminal defense, professional malpractice and general and complex commercial litigation. Bushman graduated from Michigan State University, with honors and received his B.A. in Hospitality Business. He received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000, where he graduated cum laude. Bushman has been recognized as a Florida Rising Star in 2009, 2011-2012.
