What recession? Three ActionCOACH Business Coaches reach Diamond level in one month.
When the economy is robust, we are fine; when it is slow, we are great. Our coaches continue to show extraordinary results, despite the downturn.
(1888PressRelease) May 07, 2009 - While other companies are showing slower performance due to the current economic conditions, ActionCOACH – the world’s number one business coaching franchise founded by Brad Sugars – is showing 21% year over year franchise growth as a company.
More significantly, for the first time in the company’s history, three ActionCOACH Business Coaches have banked fee earnings in December last year that have placed them in the “Diamond Level” coaching bracket.
Of the three, two of the “Diamond Level” coaches are from Australia and one is from the United States.
“When the economy is robust, we are fine; when it is slow, we are great,” ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars said. “At a time when small businesses are struggling to stay afloat, ActionCOACH Business Coaches are getting great results for their clients.”
The sharp decline in the food and retail sectors has not seeped into the business coaching industry, which is touted as the second fastest growing industry, next only to IT.
“This is an impressive fact, considering how new the business coaching industry is compared to IT,” Sugars said. “ActionCOACH came into existence only 15 years ago – when business coaching was still in its infancy. Our growth has in turn helped, and has been largely credited, with the growth of this industry.”
The picture is not as encouraging for most big and small businesses.
According to an article published on CNN Money online, entitled, "Entrepreneurs pessimistic on future," 38% of National Small Business Association (NSBA) respondents said they are not confident about the financial future of their enterprise – a huge increase from the 25% of owners who gave that same response in August of last year.
This, however, is in sharp contrast to the optimism seen within the ActionCOACH community.
“The positive outlook of our coaches permeates into their clients’ mindsets – as they continue to show extraordinary results, despite the economic downturn,” Sugars said. “Small business needs a boost now more than ever – and a Business Coach can inject life into these struggling enterprises.”
