Thompson & Knight Names New Partners
The law firm of Thompson & Knight is pleased to announce that five attorneys have been elected Partners in the Firm's Dallas and Fort Worth offices.

The lawyers elected to partnership in the Firm are:
J. Patrick Bredehoft has served as Counsel in the Health Law Practice Group in Dallas since joining the Firm in 2010 after more than a decade in private practice. He focuses on regulatory, compliance, administrative, and litigation-related health law matters, including physician and hospital contract and employment disputes and claims related to health care fraud, abuse, and malpractice. He also regularly advises hospitals and other health care providers regarding organizational and operational issues. Mr. Bredehoft earned his law degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1992 and an undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in 1986.
Bryan D. Garner represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters, with a special emphasis on representing securitized trusts in the resolution of distressed Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities loans. A member of the Firm's Capital Markets Practice Group in Dallas, he earned his law degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 2003 and earned two undergraduate degrees through the Plan II Honors Program and the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas in 2000.
Jessica Hammons is a member of the Firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the Dallas office, advising clients on securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the adoption and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures. She earned her law degree with honors in 2003 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and her undergraduate degree with honors from Louisiana Tech University in 2000.
Travis W. McNellie provides counsel to corporate clients in commercial lease transactions as a member of the Real Estate and Banking Practice Group in the Fort Worth office. He also represents lenders in foreclosure proceedings and lenders, sellers, and purchasers in the sale of real estate properties. He earned his law degree with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003 and his undergraduate degree from Tarleton State University in 1999.
Nicole Williams is a member of the Trial Practice Group in Dallas and represents clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts and in arbitration proceedings, focusing on matters involving antitrust, advertising, RICO, gaming, and other complex commercial disputes. She earned her law degree with honors from Duke University School of Law in 2003 and her undergraduate degree with honors in 2000 from Auburn University.
