Third Annual Fighting Leukemia with Fashion Event Dedicates an Exciting Evening to a Worthy Cause

New York, NY (1888PressRelease) June 03, 2011 - City Model and Talent, today announced the date for their much-anticipated third annual "Fighting Leukemia with Fashion" event to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and to add potential donors to the bone marrow registry. The event will take place on the evening of June 23rd 2011 404NYC located at 404 10th Avenue and West 33rd Street. Doors will open for the evening at 7:00PM, with the main fashion event beginning promptly at 8:30PM. The event also offers an open bar from 7:00PM to 9:00PM sponsored by Diageo Liquors, features a performance by Damien Richards & The D. Rich Project, and provides an opportunity for guests to participate in the bone marrow drive.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit LLS, the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to increasing funds for lifesaving blood cancer research and providing free information and support services to those touched by cancer. Funds from "Fighting Leukemia with Fashion" will help advance LLS's mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
