Theorem India named among India's Best IT Employers 2012
Theorem India has been ranked the 15th most preferred employer in the 'under 2000 employees' category in the Dataquest-CMR Best Employer Survey 2012.

The DQ-CRM Best Employer Survey 2012, for the first time, classified employers in two categories based on employee strength - Top IT Employers below 2000 people and Top IT Employers above 2000 people. The survey was designed and carried out in two phases- the first phase to understand the company's employee strength, salary structure, training days, tenure of top management, etc. And the second to get employee satisfaction scores from the short-listed companies. The final rankings were based on the combined scores from both.
