The main objective of this project is to centralize and streamline their procurement process in a group with subsidiaries in many countries such as Australia, Switzerland, Canada and China. To do so, the official flooring provider of Volleyball and Handball competition during the Olympic Games in London has decided to activate the multi-currency / multi-lingual option.
The French group is now able to handle all requests and purchases directly in b-pack. This improves visibility for the entire process, from purchase request to purchase order and invoicing. Implementing a purchase-to-pay solution reduces processing time and operational costs. In addition, the integration of b-pack software with AS400, system already used by the company, enables the use of b-pack's data within their billing system.
