Four properties that it has managed are honored to have received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence "Hall of Fame" Award.
- (1888PressRelease) July 23, 2015 - Bangkok - The Unique Collection of Hotels and Resorts and its sister company, Variety Hotels, are delighted to announce that 9 hotels and resorts under their management have received The 2015 Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence Award, including: Putahracsa - Hua Hin, Nishaville - Prachuap Khiri Khan, The Sunset Beach Resort & Spa Taling Ngam, Saree Samui - Mae Nam Beach, De Naga Hotel Chiang Mai, Sukhothai Heritage Resort, Twin lotus Koh Lanta, Blue Ocean Resort - Phuket and Paradise Beach Resort - Samui from TripAdvisor®, the world's largest travel site. The award is only given to accommodation, restaurants and attractions listed on TripAdvisor that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on the site.
A proprietary algorithm to determine the honourees that takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period, as well as a business's tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. Businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
As 2015 marks the fifth anniversary of the award, TripAdvisor has made several Certificate of Execellence enhancements this year by awarding the Certificate of Excellence "Hall of Fame" to businesses that have won a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years to help reinforce the success of these award-winning properties.
