Newly elected board members at South Camden Theatre Company, Inc. look forward to the future of the new Waterfront South Theatre in Camden New Jersey.
Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) December 02, 2008 - The South Camden Theatre Company, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Camden New Jersey has elected Robert A. Bingaman, President of South Camden Theatre Company, Inc. Mr. Bingaman is the owner of Robert Allan & Associates, Inc., a New Jersey based direct marketing design firm since 1989 and served on the board of the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association for seven years. The board has also elected Ronald Pilla as Treasurer. Ronald is an accountant and owner of A. Ronald Pilla EA.
Producing Artistic Director, Joseph M. Paprzycki comments, “I am thrilled to have Robert as our new board president. His work with South Camden Theatre Company for the past year has been invaluable to our accomplishments to date. I look forward to his leadership and efforts to help our company achieve our goal of opening the first new 99 seat theatre in Camden, New Jersey”. Paprzycki continues, “I am equally honored that Ronald Pilla has joined our board and I am confident that his experience and background in theatre will ensure our future success”.
The South Camden Theatre Company has been staging productions for over three years in the basement of Sacred Heart Church and plans to move its performances across the street into the new 99 seat Waterfront South Theatre, in the fall of 2009. Located at the corner of 4th and Jasper Street in Camden New Jersey, the new building is currently under construction at the site of the former bar named Walt’s Café, an establishment previously owned by Paprzycki’s grandparents and is the setting for his first play, “Last Rites”.
