The Secret is Out: Grand Pacific Resort Management No Longer "Best Kept Secret" in Timeshare Management
Growing Company Adds Three More Resorts in 2013.
- (1888PressRelease) February 27, 2013 - Grand Pacific Resort Management (GPRM) is no longer the "best kept secret" in timeshare management. The Carlsbad, CA company, one of the oldest and largest vacation ownership companies based in California, has been selected by three more resorts to manage their timeshare properties: Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville, HI, Banff Gate Mountain Resort in Alberta, Canada, and Channel Island Shores in Oxnard, CA. The addition of more resorts in Hawaii, California, and Canada comes as the direct result of owners and exchangers who have recommended GPRM to their HOA Boards.
According to Nigel Lobo, COO of GPRM, "Our new management contracts have come to us primarily from referrals. Since we consistently provide memorable vacations to all of our Owners, Exchangers and Guests, we are getting to be highly regarded as an excellent provider of resort management services," he said. "Those who experience our unique Service Culture, what we call our 'secret sauce,' find themselves suggesting our services to timeshare HOAs at resorts where they also own."
"We are honored by their confidence in us, and we will continue to perform with the highest standards in all areas of resort operations," said Lobo.
With the addition of Hanalei Bay Resort, GPRM now counts two resorts that they professionally manage in Hawaii. The first, Alii Kai, is also in Princeville. Hanalei Bay is a tropical Shangri-La that overlooks the stunning Hanalei Bay on the north shore of the "garden island," Kauai. The property sprawls over 22 lush acres and the accommodations are tranquil and spacious with stunning views of Hanalei Bay and the Napali Coast.
Banff Gate Mountain Resort is the second GPRM managed resort in Canada. The first was Panorama Vacation Retreat at Horsethief Lodge, located in British Columbia within a couple hours drive from Calgary. Banff Gate, situated in Alberta, Canada is nestled in the majestic pines of Pigeon Mountain at the foot of the Lougheed and Windtower Mountains. With 46 fully appointed chalets, Banff Gate Mountain Resort is an ideal location to enjoy all the beauty and activities of Banff National Park and world famous Lake Louise.
With numerous resorts in its home state of California, GPRM has an abundance of experience with managing beach properties. The newest Southern California resort, Channel Island Shores, located in Ventura County, known as a surfing paradise due to the unique south-facing waterfront and surf breaks that produce incredible waves, is a short walk to the beach.
"The location and the quality of these resort destinations are all quite special in their own right. These vacation spots are now available to our owners and provides them the opportunity to visit other terrific locations that make up our growing timeshare family," added David Brown, Co-President of Grand Pacific Resorts.
"We are proud to be managing an eclectic and accessible group of timeshares, from oceanfront resorts to the mountains, with many options in between. Working with Homeowner Associations (HOAs) who need our expertise, we are able to provide strong owner engagement, excellent rental results and many opportunities to use their timeshare including helping them maximize exchange options to our 60,000 owner families throughout our family of managed resorts," said Nigel Lobo. "With our award-winning service levels and passion for innovation, GPRM brings scores of new benefits to the owners of these properties. We are looking forward to making a difference in their vacations as well as bringing outstanding value to their ownership."
Grand Pacific Resort Management is one of the oldest and largest vacation ownership companies based in California.
