- Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) May 16, 2013 - The 2013 Paris Book Festival awarded Honorable Mention to The Road to Nē: A remarkable little tale about getting what you want by giving up just one little thing (Createspace, 2012) by Kathy Hammond. An awards ceremony will be held on May 30, 2013 at Hotel Pont Royal in Paris, France. The Road to Nē is Kathy's first book.
The Road to Nē, an allegory on goal setting and goal attainment, illuminates the primary reason people fail to achieve their goals and provides readers with a proven system for goal attainment. According to Hammond, "Many popular books on goal setting give readers the tools they need to strategize goals but few look at the underlying reason why people do not set goals in the first place. Without removing the primary obstacle to your dreams, goal setting tools are useless."
Patricia B. Sikora, Ph.D., co-author of Turbulence: Boeing and the State of American Workers and Managers (Yale University Press, 2010) and founder/principal of Sikora Associates LLC in Superior, CO, says The Road to Nē "... takes you to the core of what keeps you from reaching your dreams".
The Road to Nē: A remarkable little tale about getting what you want by giving up just one little thing is available from Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
