The Resolutions Firm Works With San Diego Beach Improvement Group To Help Local Beaches
The Resolutions Firm volunteers with San Diego Beach Improvement Group to help improve the beaches of San Diego.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) October 27, 2010 - On Saturday, July 24th, The Resolutions Firm, a marketing and sales firm in Mission Valley, joined with local companies to volunteer with The San Diego Beach Improvement Group for their annual King and Queen of the Beach. The tournament is one of many events held by San Diego BIG to raise money for beach improvement.
San Diego Beach Improvement Group is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining improving sports equipment and other amenities at beaches throughout San Diego county.
The event included 4 divisions for men and women broken down by age group and competition level which included The Royal Court (AAA/Open AND Pro Players*), The Warrior's Realm (Competitive Players*), Dukes & Dutchess Domain (Social Players - 18 and up*), and the Prince & Princesses (Youth 14-18).
Members of The Resolutions Firm gathered together Saturday to help with the event set up and registration. One of the members even participated in the event's 3 man round robin style tournament.
"I enjoy getting involved in the community any chance I get. I love being a part of a company whose members see value in helping out. This is a great organization and I hope to be able to help with them in the future," explains Sara Stafford, President of The Resolutions Firm.
The Resolutions Firm has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, The Alzheimer's Association, Autism Speaks, The American Cancer Society, The Therapeutic Foundation, The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Operation Smile. The Firm plans to continue giving back to the community with a Bowl-a-Thon for Operation Smile November 14th and plans to raise $2000 for the charity by 2011.
