The Project Agency's Perfect Project Course goes online
Project management training and development specialist, Project Agency, has developed e-learning materials to help its clients deliver projects more effectively.
- (1888PressRelease) May 10, 2011 - The e-learning materials are based on the contents of Project Agency's highly popular and successful 'The Perfect Project' course. Since its inception in 1995, this practical two day project management training course has attracted over 12,000 delegates - some 750 a year.
Ron Rosenhead, managing director at Project Agency, explained: "The Perfect Project course is intended for those who want to deliver projects effectively and with a high degree of success. This course is intended for anyone who wants to develop their project management skills - and/ or who wants to understand what lies beneath successful project delivery."
The e-learning materials enable learners to:
• use a standardised framework for defining, planning and controlling projects
• recognise the role(s) they play and define other people's contribution to the project management process
• recognise and reduce risks within all types of project work and
• use a range of tools related to project management
Combining reading material, activities (with model answers), audio commentary, video, on-screen guidance and assessments, the program is designed to encourage and reinforce learning. It introduces the learner to a project management approach that is used throughout the UK and Europe.
Rosenhead added: "To access the course, visit the Project Agency learning portal http://learning.projectagency.co.uk and log in. Once you've logged in, you'll be directed to Pay Pal where you can pay the £100 for the course."
