The Palms of Punta Gorda Assisted Living Completes Renovation: Grand Opening Set for Dec. 12
Rabits & Romano leads expansion including addition of 30 living units.
- Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease) December 06, 2013 - The Palms of Punta Gorda assisted living facility will celebrate the grand opening of its newly expanded facility on December 12.
The 17,000 square foot project, designed by Rabits & Romano Architecture, Planning and Design and built by Brooks & Freund Construction, expands the facility with the addition of 30 living units, a new commercial kitchen, offices and public spaces.
The Palms of Punta Gorda is an affordable assisted living community and memory care center located at 2295 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda, FL. With the help of Rabits & Romano and partnership with Florida Engineering Group, the facility now has a new dining room, laundry, living room and covered patios.
The Palms modern commercial kitchen was designed by Gene Kaplan from R.E.D.I. The kitchen has 1,000 square feet of space, including an 11 foot exhaust hood, 100 square foot walk-in cooler and scullery.
